YMCA of Oakville
cost per acquisition, after we rebuilt the Google Ad Grants program and put the full grant to work.
Nonprofit, community services. Solved: websites and Ad Grants.
YMCA of Oakville is a community nonprofit offering camps, child care, aquatics, health and wellness, outreach, careers and fundraising.
Problem
The YMCA needed a website that could support a wide range of programs and services, and a platform that could grow with its marketing across every program area.
Solution
We redesigned the website around a structured, scalable content system, moving through planning, framework setup, page production, review, mobile readiness and launch. We also set up and actively manage the YMCA’s Google Ad Grants program: campaign restructuring, keyword expansion, negative keywords, bid adjustments, seasonal campaigns and monthly reporting.
Results
The YMCA has a modern website for a large, varied set of programs. Monthly grant use rose from 20% to 100%, bringing significantly more traffic and engagement, better quality scores and a cost per acquisition that fell from $71.23 to $21.76.
