ResearchTrials.com is Probity Medical Group’s digital platform, connecting prospective participants with clinical research opportunities in multiple countries.
Problem
The platform needed more than a visual update. It had to be a credible, easy front door for a clinical research organization, carrying a large volume of structured content for several audiences, with better search and registration and a clearer patient screening journey.
Solution
We redesigned and redeveloped the platform on WordPress: wireframes, design, responsive development, content migration, SEO and analytics setup, redirects, hosting, accessibility, multilingual support and custom forms. After launch, we added a custom Google Maps clinic search that lets people search by condition, location, radius and GPS position, and shows nearby clinics, physicians, travel distance and estimated travel time.
Results
Probity has a stronger brand asset and a more useful discovery tool. Prospective participants can search trials by condition, find investigators and see research opportunities near them, and the platform keeps getting better after launch.
