Aroga Lifestyle Medicine

6

pillars of lifestyle medicine, each with its own on-brand education, so every post reads as one credible clinical practice.

Healthcare, lifestyle medicine. Solved: content and authority.

Aroga Lifestyle Medicine is a multi-location practice serving British Columbia and Ontario, with virtual and in-person care in Brampton, Vancouver and Victoria. Its care model is built on six pillars: exercise, nutrition, sleep, substance control, mindfulness and supportive relationships.

Problem

Aroga had a strong clinical brand and a clear point of view, but its social presence wasn’t keeping up. Posts were inconsistent, visually disconnected from the brand and read more like generic wellness content than the work of a credentialed practice. That made it harder for prospective patients to see Aroga as a serious clinical option.

Solution

We worked in four phases: audit what was already in market, build a strategy on the clinical pillars, produce new on-brand creative and track the difference once it went live. The goal wasn’t more posts. It was the right posts: consistent, clinically credible and aligned with how patients make care decisions.

Results

Aroga now has a social presence that matches the calibre of its clinical work. It’s recognizably on brand, educational without being generic and organized around the same six pillars patients hear about in the clinic. Reach, engagement and inbound inquiries are being tracked and will be added here as the program matures.

What we did.

  1. An honest audit

The existing posts covered the right topics, but the visual language, tone and clinical voice changed from post to post. The feed didn’t read as one practice.

  2. A visual system

A soft pastel palette, hand-drawn line art and one plain-language insight per pillar, from sleep to mental wellbeing. The marigold mark anchors every piece.

  3. Photography-led stories

A second wave moved into lifestyle photography: real people, natural light and quiet moments, with the same palette and pillar messaging.

  4. A full content engine

A Lifestyle Medicine Week 2026 campaign, a dedicated campaign for the Menopause Group Medical Visit Series and ready-to-use education for each of the six pillars.

This was an authority problem. See how we build authority.
